Love the Business
February reminds us all about how much love we should be showering on those close to us. Many may go for small gestures of love with a great deal of meaning, others may opt for grand bold gestures designed to have impact. The theme within many of my seminars this year has been ‘love your customers’. Love them visually, with gestures and through how you serve them, after all love is a free emotion that triggers your desire to please.
What gestures of love and friendship will you be showering your clients and close business contacts with this year? Building and maintaining relationships for the business is a life long commitment that should not be switch off because of work pressures. Loving our customers should always be at the forefront of your mind. Think about what you have been taught as a grown up, about the effort required in maintaining healthy relationships, all that experience and knowledge can be transferred to the business world too.
