Please note below our terms and conditions of booking...

Refunds:

A refund for withdrawal will only be possible if seven working days notice prior to the start of the course is given. The refund will be subject to a 50% administration charge.

Transfers:

If for whatever reason, you need to transfer your booking it will incur the following charges: more than 4 weeks notice, no fee applies; 4 – 2 weeks notice a 10% fee applies; 2 weeks – 48 hours notice a 25% fee applies; less than 48 hours notice a 50% fee applies.

Cancellations:

Annabel Williams CPT reserve the right to cancel the course where necessary and accepts no liability if, for whatever reason, the course does not take place, other than to return the fee in full.

Liability:

Annabel Williams CPT accepts no liability for items lost or damaged on our premises, of off the premises during seminar time.
