I always feel rushed when photographing people! What am I doing wrong? At weddings there's always a time pressure but even on a family portrait shoot I'm very conscious of not keeping people too long and letting the children get bored!

I'm starting to get actual jobs which I hope to get paid for, but I'm so nervous that I might mess up! How can I get over this? When I take photos as a favour they usually turn out fine, but I am really nervous about doing paid jobs.
I would like to offer options like Queensbury or Jorgenson albums, but they will only accept commissions from professionals. I am a retired GP, and shoot a few weddings for friends, but do not wish to turn my photography into a business.
Martin Moss, Maidstone UK
How do I market my business to get more weddings? I have attended about 8 or 9 weddings so far and all have gone pretty well, but I am trying to break into wedding photography full time.
Ron Yates, Fareham UK
I don't have enough time to devote to shooting and growing my photography skills/experience as much as I’d like. But I can't afford to leave my job just yet. What do you suggest?
Steve Jackson, Portland USA
Ask those little things about photography that have been niggling you!! I don’t know the meaning of life but I do know a lot about taking pictures so ask away!
